“DRDS’ guiding phrase is to “Be Remarkable.” To “Be Remarkable means to stand out. Be different. Be someone that people notice. If you are selling a product or service that is not remarkable, people will not remember it or purchase it. But if it’s remarkable, people will talk about it.“
What is your content strategy?
We can discuss your objectives in your demographic targeted market and utilize effective market strategies to directly communicate your message effectively.
What is your brand?
What does it represent? We can identify the aspects that make up the foundation for your brand and custom design and aesthetic and identifiable shape, symbol or icon for your brand.
Website content and social media marketing strategies really go hand and hand these days. The efforts of both are better leveraged off of one another. Making sure to collaborate the efforts of your website and your social media marketing is critical in today’s online world.
If you are selling a product or service that is not remarkable, people will not remember it or purchase it. But if it’s remarkable, people will talk about it. Of course we like the positive remarks, but negative comments are opportunities to improvement.
I have used this phrase throughout my career. I’m proud to have been a founding officer of an airline in the 1990s when people said it couldn’t be done. I continued my career as an entrepreneur, owning marketing firms. At one point, I was fortunate to be named by Advertising Age as one of the top 100 marketing executives in America.
My entire career has been in operations and marketing focused on helping people develop skills to move into management roles. I held management positions for, United Airlines and America West Airlines. And vice president positions with Thrifty Car Rental, Western Pacific Airlines and Freedom Communication before leading my own companies.
In my role as an instructor at a local university, I work with GenZ and millennials. I know what they want and expect. This gives me the unique ability to coach and advise employers who face the challenges that come with a multi-generational workforce.
If it is not remarkable, people will not remember it, but if it’s remarkable, people will talk about it.
