Tom DeNardin has over 35 years of experience in management and marketing with public and private companies. He has a natural ability and passion to work with and train OWNERS, EXECUTIVES, MANAGERS and MARKETERS and on how to make sense of very complex and fragmented business and marketing environments. In addition to running DRDS, DeNardin instructs marketing, entrepreneurship and management courses for a state university.

Because DeNardin has been in the business and marketing industry for over 35 years, he hand-selects team members to work on DRDS projects based on their area of expertise. Biography of the President and Owner
Thomas J. DeNardin, is the owner of DRDS Management and Marketing Strategies and an instructor of Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship and General Business at the university level. He received his Masters of Science in leadership from Nova Southeastern University, Bachelor of Arts in Business Education and Marketing from Michigan State University, and graduated from Northwestern University’s Executive Media Management School.
Prior to teaching in higher education, he owned a multi-million dollar business strategy and marketing company. In addition, DeNardin owned a video production company along with a promotional products company.
Before starting his own companies, DeNardin worked as Vice President of Marketing for Thrifty Car Rental, Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service for Western Pacific Airlines and and as Vice President for Freedom Communications (Colorado Springs Gazette). Advertising Age named DeNardin as one of the top 100 marketing executives in the United States.
Prior to his executive positions, DeNardin was in management and/or marketing positions for Frontier Airlines, United Airlines, America West Airlines (US Airways), Wien Air Alaska, Director for the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Las Vegas, and a teacher and coach in the Las Vegas school system.
DeNardin has served on several community boards including the Convention & Visitors Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development, Sport Corporation, Child Development, and several military charity boards.
DeNardin has also traveled around the world as the keynote speaker for marketing, business strategies, branding and promotions, and as a motivational and business coaching expert. Some of those cities include New York, Miami, Orlando, Vancouver, Nashville, Las Vegas, London and Puerto Rico.
Tom DeNardin is married with five children and resides in Monroe, Louisiana.
